Benoit Debray
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Debray has close to 30 years experience in the international E&P and oilfield service industries. He has been Chief Operating Officer and board member of Geoservices from 1999 to 2007. Prior to this position, he was drilling and production deputy director for the French Institute of Petroleum. His initial position in the E&P industry was with Elf Aquitaine as a reservoir engineer and he has extensive service industry and operations experience in well testing and production logging, R&D, marketing and key account management. Benoit Debray graduated with a degree in petroleum engineering and mechanical engineering (Ecole Centrale de Nantes). He also holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
John Younger
President
John Younger has a strong capital markets background having worked for RBC Capital Markets in New York and Toronto where he held a number of senior positions including Head of US Debt Capital Markets. Prior to joining Candax as President and Chief Executive Officer, John Younger taught economics and finance at Uruguayan American School in Montevideo and he provided consulting services in the areas of natural resources and agriculture. John Younger is a Chartered Financial Analyst and he holds a Finance and Accounting degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
Pierre-Henri Boutant

Pierre-Henri Boutant joined Candax as Chief Financial Officer on February 1, 2012. Pierre-Henri Boutant has 15 years of experience primarily in the oil and gas industry. His most recent position was Corporate Finance Manager of Geoservices, an upstream oilfield service company operating in 50 countries worldwide with a team of more than 5,000 employees that was acquired by Schlumberger Limited in early 2010, a position he was promoted to after holding the positions of District Controller for Operations in Africa and Area Controller for North and South America. Prior to joining Geoservices, Pierre-Henri Boutant spent four years with Elf Aquitaine in France and Gabon and four other years as manager for Bearing Point, a business consulting firm. Pierre-Henri Boutant holds a Certificate in Accounting and Financial Studies and a Masters Degree in Management from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce de Paris, France.
Pascal Mirville

Pascal Mirville has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry having managed numerous operations including holding the position of District Manager in West Africa and Vice President, Americas managing operations in North and South America on behalf of the Geoservices Group. Mr. Mirville has an electronics degree from Ecole Central d'Electronique Paris. He is based in Tunis on behalf of Candax.
Dominique Didier

Dominique Didier is a senior projects manager with over 30 years experience in management and field operations gained through managing oil and gas operations in numerous jurisdictions including Gabon, Iran, Italy, Libya, Mexico, Pakistan, Thailand, Trinidad, Tunisia and Venezuela. Prior to joining Ecumed Petroleum in November 2010, Mr. Didier was Production Director for PA Resources in Tunisia from 2006 through 2009 and Corporate Technical Manager, Field Maintenance Activities for Geoservices S.A. from 1985 through 2006.
Jamil Hamza
Operations Manager

Jamil Hamza has over 25 years of operations experience. Prior to joining Ecumed Petroleum Corporation in 2007 as Operations Manager responsible for the production and maintenance operations for the El Bibane and Robbana fields, Mr. Hamza held the positions of Operations and Project Manager for CMS Oil & Gas (formerly Perenco Tunisia) where he managed the production and maintenance operations for the El Franig and Baguel gas fields, Maintenance Supervisor for Marathon Petroleum where he supervised the construction and the commissioning of Belli and El Bibane Fields and Instrument and Electrical Supervisor for Shell Tunirex, operating their Tunisian offshore wells and FPSO operations. Mr. Hamza also held the position of Ezzaouia Base Manager with Maretap, a joint venture company between Candax and ETAP, from 1993 to 1998. Mr. Hamza holds a Masters Degree in Electric Engineering.
Mouldi El Khammassi

Mouldi El Khammassi joined Ecumed Petroleum Corporation in 2011. Mouldi commenced his career as a Senior Auditor with Ernst & Young LLP and after three years of employment joined Schlumberger, initially as a Management Accountant, a position he held for one a half years prior to his promotion to Country Finance Manager which he held for an additional two years. His most recent position was Finance Controller for Afrivision, a local retail group. Mouldi El Khammassi holds a Masters in Accounting from the Tunisia Institute of Management and a post degree certificate in auditing and accounting.
